Fetcherr office Warsaw

This interior was designed for a technology startup that, after years in coworking spaces, decided to create an office of its own – more individual, more predictable and better matched to the company’s culture. The aim was not a space that reads as formal or luxurious, but one that is welcoming, bright and good for the everyday relationships between colleagues.

The concept brings together the company’s colour identity and the existing elements of the refurbished rooms.

One of the main challenges was fitting the new function into the existing fabric and combining new motifs with what was already there. As a result the space kept its relaxed, slightly informal character while gaining a coherent and recognisable visual narrative.

The design is full of references to what the company does and how far it reaches. An interactive world map shows where the company operates, and a set of clocks gives the time in its most important locations. Aviation motifs – aircraft windows and model aeroplanes – nod discreetly to the client’s core industry and bring an element of play and storytelling into the interior.

The space is divided into comfortable work zones, project areas and places to meet and rest. Alongside enclosed meeting rooms there is a mobile booth for focused work or calls. The layout allows the meeting areas to expand into the chill-out zone, supporting both team work and informal exchange.

The heart of the office is the kitchen with a large dining table, which reinforces the homely, friendly feel of the interior. This is where the main aim of the project comes through most clearly: to make a place that brings people together. For the company the new office became not only a place to work, but a means of connecting, exchanging and spending time together.
