conscus is a design studio founded by Alicja Zimniak, an IARP architect and green certification assessor with many years of experience designing commercial buildings. We use sustainable material and energy solutions that reduce the carbon footprint from the concept stage onwards. We choose technologies and materials carefully, favouring renewable, local or recycled ones. We support investors through green certification (LEED, BREEAM, WELL), because we believe good architecture can coexist with nature rather than displace it.
