EdInvest Warsaw

The office for ED Invest, a Warsaw residential developer, is built on a deliberate use of the existing fabric and the strong character of the place.

The design refers to the history of the renovated Praga 306 complex, built on the site of a former lighting components factory.

Surviving fragments of the earlier fit-out and original factory elements became an integral part of the new space. The industrial character is softened by a warm palette of reds and yellows, and vintage furniture is quietly paired with contemporary pieces.

ED Invest is a local developer whose story began in Warsaw’s Gocław district. The design therefore includes discreet references to local aviation history, giving the office its own character and underlining the brand’s bond with the place it comes from.
